Their shipping takes forever, which to be fair, they did say it would. They sent half my order to start. A shirt was missing. No reply from anyone for weeks and multiple emails, until I told them I was going to start a credit card charge back. They immediately replied saying they would send out the shirt. It has been another 3 or 4 weeks now. Nobody has sent the missing shirt. Two different people told me they'd send it immediately and then stopped replying completely. Once again they have not replied for weeks, they sent the other half of my order without the missing item. They even blocked me from responding to anything they post on Facebook.
Ordered a $99 "mystery box" as there were many rave reviews. Received a very disappointing box of junk that could have easily been called "box of crap no one wants to buy"
Ask to return for a credit and was told there was no returns *as stated on website". On the same page that said guaranteed satisfaction.
Buyer beware, the mystery items are a crapshoot. I got a $99.00 box of crap. Previously passionate customer and gift giver. Feeling ripped off.

wo heavy boxes were carefully delivered that contained a tower speaker each. The speakers were inside the manufacturer's cardboard box that protected exquisitely the content. These containers were placed in a larger cardboard box with plastic straps to hold the box closed.
I had piling on the sweater two days after receiving it. The material is super cheap. Seems like it was a return. Will never order again
I'm a repeat customer, always jumping on frequent sales. Quality is great and the clothes are comfy. The items take a while to be made, but they are clear about that when purchasing. I ordered a tapestry recently and there was a blemish where the logo was probably supposed to go. Easy and responsive customer service resolution got my tapestry replaced quickly.
Nice bright vibrant colors with dope designs on very soft breathable fabric! I love wearing these shirts it barely feels like you're even wearing one!

VERY DELAYED ORDER.
I browsed Electric Threads website with pure excitement after running across some of their products. I made an order for the Mandala Cloak on 2/21/21.. During my initial outreach, I was informed it would take about 7-18 days to create the item and ship it. I reached out via email a couple of times, as my excitement level dwindled, but unfortunate for me to no avail. This is my first time doing business with Electric Threads, I wasn’t sure of their sizing so I went through the 3rd party Shop App their website provided. The payments are broken down into 4 payments. MAYBE that was my mistake, Currently I am on my 3rd payment and 1 month and 10 days later and still NOTHING.. No purchased item, no tracking information and no communication about the delay. I wonder if I would’ve purchased the 3 Cloaks straight up without the Shop app, would I still have experienced this delay? Well..... as summer is approaching, I guess when my Cloak finally does arrive, it will be headed directly for the closet.. UNHAPPY SHOPPER :(
Loved the onesie I got from them! Ordered the wrong size, and their returns Dept was more then happy to help my fix my problem and get me the right size

Apparently it takes them 12 days to respond to your email and more than a month to ship a face mask...

Yes I can thank them for not sending my granddaughters boots. Electro has different numbers but all of them are same girl on a machine
